Demarquez-vous Website and all products, images, button and social media, YouTube audio clips, are solely own and operated by Demarquez-vous. Our bowties and collar pins are patented and therefore must not be copy. All software, data and information used on this Site (the “Software”) is the property of Demarquez-vous.
RISK OF LOSS
We transport every accessory that is order directly to our third-party carrier with safety and care. After delivering the purchase item to the carrier the risk of the item loss and responsibility is pass to the customer. Demarquez-vous will not be responsible if the order go missing.
Shipping & Return
Demarquez-vous offers a flexible shipping and return for all customers. When an order is place with a specific initial and we have it stock, we ship the next day! If we don’t have it in stock, it takes 4 weeks for it to be made. At that point, the product is being crafted to your need.
Shipping Times
We offer a next day shipping on all products when in stock. We shipped via Canada post which is the biggest shipping method in Canada. When the product is shipped, it can be delivered between 5 to 10 business days within North America and 2 to 3 weeks internationally based on the country.
We can not guarantee the exact time of delivery but we trust our carriers to deliver within the scheduled time.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping cost is simply layout as a flat rate for domestic and international orders. All information regarding our flat rates are display at checkout. we give our customers free delivery for orders over $100.00 and shipped using the fastest method possible to get the product in your hands fast.

When do we deliver?
We deliver five days a week, from Monday to Friday using Canada post. By five days we mean 5 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays.
Tracking your Order
When your order is placed, base on your location, we will send you a tracking number which you can use to track your package location. Otherwise, you could always call us to found out the status of your order.
